The customer service is excellent. I always got email response within 24 hours. I also received lots of help in choosing the right settings and stones. By the way, Wink has great sources for diamonds and colored gemstones, and his quotes are very reasonable!

 

I love my 3-stone ring custom made by Wink's bench, which has two trillion diamonds on the side, and a rubellite in the center. Wink/Melissa went through lots of trouble to find a matching pair of D/VS curved trillions for me. Melissa suggested that I have Richard Homer custom cut a rubellite, and she went ahead to get several stone options from Richard, in different price ranges. I didn't believe I would be able to afford Richard's gorgeous natural rubellite until I saw the quote. Melissa also offered to keep the setting cost to the original quote, even though the metal price had gone way up before I committed to having the ring made. I really appreciate what she has done in order for me to own a remarkable piece of art work. She is always patient with me, and usually replies to my emails within hours. 

I did not know gemstones can be cut in such amazing pattern until I received a mesmerizing rose quartz from Wink, cut by Richard Homer. The rose quartz was concave cut, in reminiscent of an ancient nautilus. The pink is so soft, delicate, and dreamy, and the concave nautilus cut compliments the color very well. The gem glows under low lighting. It is simply fantastic! I also love the gem box Wink shipped the rose quartz in. The beautiful gem deserves a beautiful box!   

I learned that if you get both the stone and the setting from Wink, the stone will be insured by Wink during the setting process. You don't have to get your own insurance before you have it set. It is worry free! Since Wink has a very skilled bench, and excellent sources for diamonds and colored gemstones (e.g. Pala Gems, Richard Homer), I feel very confident in having them do all the work.
