Takisha's custom ring creation experience

So, I decided that I wanted a custom ring. I wanted something just for me that would fit my style perfectly. I spent a couple of months deciding the ring design and looking for pictures to assist in my design description. The most important questions were: Whom do I get to make this ring, and whom do I TRUST to make the ring? I made a custom jewelry purchase online once, and I was very disappointed with the finished product. I did not want to waste my money again.

 I thought about going to local jewelers, and I searched the Internet. Then, I remembered the Better Than Diamond forum. I like to go here when making big decisions about jewelry because the people who post are honest consumers. I read post after post about Winfield’s Jewelers and Wink  Jones.  Since I found a ring that closely matched what I wanted on a different jewelers website, I could have made things simple and gone with that jeweler. However, all the happy clients posting about Wink made me want to contact Winfield’s Jewelers. I made my final decision by thinking about the jeweler that I would feel comfortable with sending my grandmother’s rings. The answer was Winfield’s.

 I sent an email to Winfield’s about my request with pictures attached. I got a quick response from Melissa, and from that initial email, I knew that I was going to be a new client of Winfield’s Jewelers. Melissa was very nice and very professional. She answered all of my questions. No matter how many emails I sent and no matter how many questions I asked, she answered them honestly and professionally. She even told me about ways to save money. Now, I have never had a jeweler volunteer to tell me how to save money! For me, the email conversations were enough. I never had to call Winfield’s. I felt that my request was understood, and that they would do their best to make this dream ring a reality for me. Winfield’s has trusted me as a client as much I have trusted them.

 A couple of months later, a received email notification that my ring was complete! Wink created an entertaining professional video and took photographs for my viewing pleasure. He even tried to have the ring delivered the next day. Unfortunately, my schedule did not permit. When the ring arrived, I was flabbergasted! It is simply stunning! It is exactly what I asked for, and the detail is just phenomenal. The ring arrived in a gift box with a top. When I opened the gift box, there was this beautiful finished wooden ring box. It looked like a dark cherry wood with a black outline. Inside this lovely ring box, was clean white leather with “Winfield’s” imprinted in gold letters, and my gorgeous ring!

 My ring is heavy, solid, and so very well made. All the stones are perfectly even. The ring is just perfect! My original engagement ring pales in comparison. I recently went to buy an expensive bracelet from Tiffany. I was so unimpressed by it that I decided not to buy it. This ring created by Winfield’s Jewelers can stand up to anything in Tiffany, Tacori, or any other high-end jewelry design house. I will take Winfield’s Jewelers beautiful wooden box over the little blue box any day!
